These Terms govern your access to and use of the website at blankpages.app and any services we offer through it ("the Services"). By accessing the site or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The Services are provided by Blank Pages Technologies LLC, a Georgia limited liability company with its principal address at 8735 Dunwoody Place Ste N, Atlanta, GA 30350, United States ("Blank Pages", "we", "us").
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Some features of the Services require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us right away at lester@blankpages.app if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Build and maintenance plans are listed on the site with their current price and scope. Payment is handled through Stripe; by clicking through to checkout you accept Stripe's terms in addition to ours. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified, exclusive of any applicable taxes that we are required to collect.
The deliverables, timeline, and revisions included in a plan are defined on the relevant offering page and, where applicable, in the kickoff brief we send after purchase. Work beyond that scope is billed separately at our then-current rate, on prior written agreement.
Where you have signed a separate project or service agreement with us, the payment, refund, and cancellation terms in that agreement govern your engagement. The rest of this section applies where you have not.
Build plans. A retainer or deposit becomes non-refundable once we begin work, and we begin work on receipt of the retainer. If you cancel in writing before we begin, the retainer is refunded in full. Once work has begun, amounts already paid are refundable pro-rata for work not yet performed, less any fee identified as non-refundable on the offering page or in your agreement.
Monthly plans. Monthly plans are charged automatically through Stripe on the same date each month. You can cancel the recurring payment at any time, and cancelling stops all future automatic charges. If you have no signed agreement with a minimum term, cancelling also ends the plan at the end of the current billing month and nothing further is owed. If you have signed an agreement with a minimum term, cancelling the payment stops the automatic charges but it does not end that agreement and it does not cancel the fees owed for the rest of the term. Those remaining fees stay payable, and we may invoice them or charge them under the payment authorization in your agreement. We do not refund a partial month.
Our discretion on a remaining balance. We may reduce, defer, or waive any part of a balance you owe us. We decide that case by case. If we do it once, that applies only to the amount and the occasion we put in writing, and it does not give up our right to collect the full amount owed on any other occasion.
Paid plans renew automatically so that your site and your service do not stop. A monthly plan with no minimum term renews month to month until you cancel it. Where you have signed an agreement with a minimum term, it renews at the end of that term for another term of the same length unless either of us gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current term ends. The price, the billing date, and the length of a renewal are the ones stated on the offering page or in your signed agreement, and we will tell you in writing before a renewal price changes.
You can cancel the recurring payment at any time by emailing lester@blankpages.app, and we will cancel it within one business day. If your Stripe receipt carries a billing portal link, you can also cancel it there yourself. Cancelling a recurring payment does not by itself release fees owed for the rest of a minimum term, as set out in 4.2 above.
If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, we may suspend the Services until the balance is paid. Suspension does not relieve you of the obligation to pay.
The site itself, including its design, code, copy, brand marks, logos, and the receptionist-demo materials, is owned by Blank Pages or licensed to us. Stock imagery is licensed via Pexels under their standard license. AI-generated voice clips are produced via ElevenLabs and used under our subscription with them. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of these assets except as the site's operation naturally requires (e.g., your browser caches a page so it can display it to you).
You retain all rights to information and materials you submit to us, such as form responses, briefs and brand assets ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Blank Pages a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and store Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you and to operate the site. We may use anonymized, aggregate metrics derived from Your Content to improve the Services.
When you purchase a build plan and pay it in full, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the delivered design files, code, and copy for your business. Source files and ongoing maintenance are governed by the specific plan you purchased.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Services, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation to you.
The site relies on third-party services (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, ElevenLabs, Pexels, Sentry, Google Workspace, and others) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services or sites. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
The receptionist demo on this site uses AI-generated voices and AI-generated translations. The actual receptionist product we sell is also AI-driven. See our AI disclosure for details and the rules that apply when an AI receptionist places or receives calls on your behalf.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blank Pages, including its members, managers and employees, from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. We may update these Terms when our practices change. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
