These terms cover the text-message programs operated by Blank Pages Technologies LLC. We run a separate program for each service, and each one is listed below with its own sending number, purpose, and frequency. Opting in to one program does not opt you in to any other.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. This applies to every program on this page. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of your data.

| How you join | Two ways. You call (678) 730-4033, give us your mobile number, and agree on the call to be contacted by text. Or you enter your mobile number when booking a consultation through the scheduling form on lestertherealtor.com. If you did not contact us first, we will not text you. |
| How often | Up to four messages over roughly the first two weeks after your call, then about one a month while you are still looking. We also reply to any text you send us. |
